Advertising Consultant
Ossekeag Publishing (www.ossekeag.ca) is looking for a highly-motivated, professional teamplayer to help us grow sales with a focus on generating new business.
 

Work Environment:
Office or home based; flexible schedule during customer business hours
 

Compensation:
Base salary with commission; mileage and cell phone expenses provided
 

Job Responsibilities:

• Business to business sales; develop leads and build clientele through research and coldcalling while maintaining assigned account base.
• Communicate to customers how specific types of advertising will help promote theirproducts or services in the most effective way possible.
• May be required to assist in obtaining ad copy, delivering advertisement proofs to customers for approval and collection of payments.

Job Requirements:

• Post-secondary education preferred
• 1+ years of successful sales/deal closing experience preferred
• Experience in prospecting/cold calling
• Knowledge of principles and methods of selling and marketing

Skills Required:

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong sales and marketing skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Exceptionally strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
