Reporting Relationship: Managing Director/Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly-motivated, professional team player to help us grow sales. Incumbents will embark upon a rewarding career as a "hunter'; bringing their prospecting skills to a new level. Focus will be on identifying potential clients, driving leads, and closing the sales needed to meet or exceed sales targets
Job Responsibilities:
Develop leads and build sales channels in conjunction with production support staff
Achieve personal quota based on your skills, education and experience
Prospect for interest and start the sales process using varied prospecting techniques
Generate qualified leads to drive sales
Job Requirements:
Post-secondary education preferred
1+ years of successful sales/deal closing experience, B2B preferred
Experience prospecting/cold calling
Consultative sales strength - able to identify problems and recommend solutions
Skills Required:
Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
Exceptionally strong communication skills and business acumen
Proficient computer skills
Strong sales and marketing skills
Comfortable working on the phone and face to face
Compensation:
Attractive base salary with commission, mileage and cell phone expenses are provided as well.
Work Environment:
Office or home based
Full Time 37 hours a week with Flexible schedule during customer Business Hours
